We provide guidance on HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Employee Assistance

Program (EAP)

Provides employees with confidential access to professional counseling services to address personal issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, marital and family difficulties, financial or legal troubles, and emotional distress. This program is available to all employees and offers problem assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals to appropriate community and private services.

Custom HR Policies

Simco will develop HR policies and forms to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. We also provide guidance on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Investigations (Sexual Harassment,

Personnel, Workplace Violence)

Simco offers assistance to the Client with internal company investigations, often initiated by a complaint or concern about employee behavior. HR investigations involve gathering evidence and facts related to the complaint to assess if corrective actions are necessary.

Live Sexual Harassment Training

This includes completion certificates, materials, and presentation. IRS mileage costs extra, if applicable.

Custom HR Forms/Checklists

Simco will create custom forms and/or checklists which will be available for the client to download, print, and communicate to employees.

Client Project-Based Work

Client project-based work involves tailoring projects to meet the specific needs and requirements of individual clients, ensuring that the deliverables and outcomes are customized to address their unique challenges and objectives. IRS mileage costs, if applicable, will be additional.
